  Getting one's teeth straightened is a huge cost and it's imperative that one chooses the right orthodontic specialist. I had two options and chose Straight Smile at Glenelg.
  The initial appointment is an interview, followed by full xray, examination by the Orthodontist, then the 3D scan.
  It does take a while from your initial appt to actually receiving your kit.
  As an older patient, I had other dental issues that needed to be attended to, such as a deep scale and clean and a further xray.
  
  I am now over half-way through my treatment and couldn't be happier with the level of service provided by the Glenelg staff.
  My weekly scan with Dr Chen is a great guide re progress as well as my dental hygiene. I also have a 3 monthly scale and clean as well.
  I would thoroughly recommend Straight Smile Glenelg and have already done so with a work colleague. They are always happy to answer questions or assist in any way.

  From the day I walked in to the day I finished my treatment and walk out for the last time, my entire personally journey was met with the smile I would always hope for every time I looked in the mirror.
  The experience with dr Chen the hygienist’s and receptionist’s become like close friends throughout my three years attending my appointments and I was always made to feel comfortable, supported and listened too.

  I have used the service at Glenelg twice now taking both my children for treatment. From our initial consult and all the way through the entire process they spoke to my children involving them, taking time to explain each step and went through every detail with them putting them at ease at every appointment. I appreciate and value the kindness of the team and high level of communication we received throughout the years we've attended. A wonderful, professional and lovely team. The results from the individual treatment plans created for my children are fantastic. Would highly recommend.

  What a great experience, my son was the one wanting braces and I wasn’t to sure but after our first consult I was feeling much better about it all. The friendly staff were very informative about the whole procedure and also explained it in a way my teenage son would understand, always checking if he understood everything. I would highly recommend Wayne Chen and his team

  Came here after waiting for months to find out another place couldn't do what Mr Chen knew he could do in less than 5 minutes of looking at my teeth!
  
  Everyone is super friendly and very transparent in regards to all costs.
  
  Would recommend and looking forward to the results!!

  The receptionists are very welcoming, the staff are very knowledgeable in teeth and all the different options that would be suitable for each individual patient. I felt very welcome there and they were interested in helping me to improve my teeth, allowing me to choose the option I thought was best for me and then supporting me in this.

  I shopped around before choosing SSC Glenelg and West Lakes for my Invisalign treatment and I have to say that the treatment I received was flawless. I got my Invisalign off yesterday, which was half the time I was originally quoted (thanks to wearing them religiously as recommended). All staff are very accommodating and Dr Chen is very personable and has been able to answer all of the questions I have had. I couldn't recommend them high enough! Thank you.
